Hello Bobby, I am sorry about any misunderstanding, but the structure of your business and how you are signing up clients is not consistent with an affiliate and more with an agency. Therefore, you are in violation of the ToS of the affiliate marketing structure we have in place. We encourage you to continue to work with our Affiliate Manager to find a solution to the structure on your end to be in compliance. Until then we are unable to move forward.

Hi there, we certainly understand the limitations of higher costs and that not every company can afford it. We are saddened to hear anytime it affects a customer and they need to find a new provider. However, for the vast majority of our users, the savings they see from ad campaigns and the higher revenue from more visitors converting into paying customers outpaces the cost of Instapage many times over. At the end of the day, it's about the value Instapage provides and we hope you can find the value that fits your needs wherever it may be. Glad you enjoyed the product while you were with us and best of luck in all your marketing going forward.

Hi John, I am sorry to hear about your trouble with customer support. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and will investigate internally to remedy the situation. Live Chat is available 20 hours a day, 5 days a week but occasionally all of our representatives are busy, especially if something has happened on our end. Hi Roy, very sorry to hear about the spam issue you've been having. We are currently beta testing invisible reCAPTCHA with some users. This can identify suspected bots and activate a reCAPTCHA test but won't affect real users who visit your pages. If you are interested in testing this feature you can contact Support ([email protected]) and they can turn it on. Please note that it is still in beta, but it should be a major upgrade in preventing spam leads on your pages. Thank you
