Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

This company is great. First off, they had the lowest quote. Then, ordering was really easy online. Service was outstanding. The guy I dealt with (Stephen Pellegrino) was very knowledgeable and direct. His experience showed. He was also able to get my order shipped to me in a short amount of time for the event I needed it for. No problems with this company at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

great customer service, prompt communications and delivery, product quality is excellent

Ordered a tent for my business as well as a stretch table cover, great, high quality material.

Great quality! Love the way it looks

Normally, I don't like to deal with sites that request you contact them first for pricing, but I decided to reach out to Instant Promotions regarding a pop-up tent for our local triathlon club. I received an email quote the next day with a 3D rending of the tent with our logos. We decided to proceed with the order and exchanged a few more emails during the process. Stephen always responded quickly. Once we placed the order, the tent arrived in about a week. The quality of the tent is better than expected. I expect it to hold up just fine for years to come. Thanks for an awesome online experience. On a side note, I do like to support local businesses and checked with a couple before proceeding online. Both took several days to contact me back after my initial visit. One gave a turn around time of 6-8 weeks with a price a little higher than Instant Promotion and couldn't really give me any details about the frame. I believe both local printing companies actually "farm" out this type of job.

Great, quick service. And the product came out looking great!

We changed our design a hundred times and Stephen never flinched.

Great product and excellent customer service. Easy process
