Excellent custom customer care!
Alaska is outside the standard shipping programs for many companies automated processes so working directly with a company order placement and fulfillment reveals a lot about the character of the company. Instant Promotion USA was incredible to work with. Each person took ownership of their process and followed up to be sure nothing was left behind. Even when we weren't able to speak directly, follow up emails were timely and with the details needed. No excuses, no problems. The results were exceptional too! We're very pleased with Instant Promotion.
