I spoke and dealt with Bill Neale who was extremely helpful when it came to ordering 2 mini pop up counters for an upcoming expo. The communication was excellent and everything was ordered on Friday and the delivered by the following Tuesday. Super efficient, and we'll definitely be ordering from these guys again in the future!

We ordered two arches with multiple colors and logos from them that turned out beautifully! They were such a delight to work with and were very accommodating with the multiple changes we had. Would 100% work with them again in the future!

We are beyond thrilled with the quality of our new trade show display!! Not only is the display very attractive but the team at Instant Promotion worked side by side with me to help with all of the aspects from ordering to design. They provided me with different options and made adjustments as requested in a very timely manner. Having no design experience I was nervous about creating our new display but Instant Promotion took the reigns when needed and created a beautiful display for us!

Easy to work with, responds quickly and clearly. Paul was great. We love our tents and they look very sharp and clean. One of the reasons I chose Instant Promotion over other companies was because of the quick and clear responses I received.

I had to get a customized tent for my company and shipped within two weeks and the customer service and follow up and process from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend this company. The tent tuned out sharp and nice and I had many compliments from friends and family and clients. The 10x10 canopy tent was easy to set up and tear down, no complaints so far.

Great company to work with. The tent is heavy duty yet lightweight, printing looks excellent, and the turn around from ordering to shipment was fast. Very happy with this company.

We bought to canopies and they've worked well. We also got two walls that we like. One of them got swept up in the wind and flipped... one of the poles broke in the process, but the company replaced it and now it's good as new.
