I was reluctant to spend as much as we did for our tent, but I'm glad we did! The pop up frame is the best I've seen and I'm convinced it will last us for decades. The material on the canopy and side covers is very high quality, not the thin material that's standard on easy-up shelters. In terms of what this professional package will do for our image at events, it was more than worth the investment! Sheila Parker was incredible at holding our hand through the entire process.

Kudos to Instant Promotion! From the minute I sent my first email, Sheila Parker assisted me with all my needs with excellent customer satisfaction. We needed a rush on our order and was actually accommodated just in time. In doing our two day event, we received numerous compliments on our new tent and we owe it all to Instant Promotions for making it happen! Would highly recommend. Extremely Satisfied Customer! One of the best things I did for promoting my business, was hiring Instant promotion to do my canopy tents, flags... They went over and above to deliver everything I needed exactly when I needed it! I would highly recommend them to everybody that needs stuff like this. Special thanks to Paul my account manager!!!

Working with Sheila made my experience a real pleasure. I was looking at several companies to fulfill my order, but Sheila's friendly correspondence and willingness to make sure I was happy with my setup and order caused me to go with Instant Promotion. I would have gone with this company even if it would have cost me more money just because of the personal touch I felt Sheila was giving! Well done! Dr R

We love our new tent! Kathy was so great to work with. She is very patient and took the time to understand our specific needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend Instant Promotion!

We have been doing business with this great company for almost five years now. They create custom units for us and our customers. Kathy is the best ever rep! Every customer is blown away by the quality of their units. Can't say enough good things about them!

My interaction with this company was great and amazing. I was a little on the fence about which canopy to get for my business. However, with the help from Kathy, I am so excited about my purchases. I even caught the owners attention at a random event. The Pro Expo frame is FANTASTIC and stands out from the competition. Overall, love the service and I love the product. Great company to work with that I would do it again and probably will in a heartbeat!

Sturdy stuff - and everything actually fits in the carrier bag!
