Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Paul and the staff at Instant Promotion are absolutely incredible to work with! I looked at a few vendors for the tent we needed and I am so happy I chose this company. From the design team to the customer service they were there for us every single step of the way. I honestly couldn’t say one bad thing about this company and I can usually find something! I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my marketing needs from now on. They have gained a loyal customer for life. Thank you guys again for making this process so easy!

We received our canopy tent ahead of time. The art work was bright and clean. The hardware on the tent was extremely sturdy and well built. What was most impressive was the personal attention and help from the Instant Promotion Staff. Bo Peele was outstanding with his knowledge and help to our staff at the Monmouth County Police Academy. We use our tent a lot and we get many compliments. We look forward to ordering more tents soon. Lt. Wesley Mayo, Jr. (Ret). Training Officer Monmouth County Police Academy MCSO, Freehold, New Jersey

I just ordered two canopy’s for my business where I sell at seven farmers markets throughout the week. I needed a sturdy canopy. I went through five others before I found Instant Promotion. My boyfriend was very apprehensive about ordering online but I told him the sales rep. James was very knowledgeable and assured me of the quality and sturdiness. The canopy’s came so quickly and they are worth every penny. They are amazing. We are getting so many compliments on them and I already referred other vendors to buy them, thank you James!! By the way I love the two chairs as well!!

Instant Promotion is my go to for all promotional items for my business. I have ordered several large tents, tablecloths and flags for outdoor events. The quality and durability is first rate. My tents are by far the biggest and best at any event we sponsor. The design team is awesome as well. Very happy customer.

Always delivered quality tents and accessories. I have 2 tents... so far.

I was tasked with conducting a price comparison for creating a custom 10X10 canopy tent for outreach events for the Biology Department at my university. I happened to stumble upon Instant Promotion and was instantly attracted to their well laid out website and its ability to create a mock-up of the custom tent right then and there. I already looked at 5 other websites and companies by then and not a single one of them were as user-friendly or even had the option to do so. This helpful tool truly helped me visualize my project and easily present to my supervisors the graphics and plan early in the process. As soon as I put in my mockup and inquiry into their system, I was immediately contacted by Shelia P. who gave me nothing but optimal customer service. She answered all questions and concerns promptly, sent a comprehensive quote and visual by the end of the weekend, and respectfully followed up in case I had any more questions. I truly had a pleasant experience working with this company and look forward to working with them again if ever needed.

I cannot tell you how above and beyond this company went for us! They listened so carefully to our design request and were so patient with us in selecting everything we needed! Bo responded to every email so promptly and was so professional! Our tent and signs turned out amazing! NaSHEville will be lifetime customers! Can not recommend Instant Promotion enough! 5 plus stars!

I begin at the beginning: Paul Davis, Sales Associate, reaffirmed that there are still some amazing people in the world that understand the value of pro-action in business and consistent communication to insure that the job is done precisely as needed. Paul from start to finish worked with me under a VERY TIGHT deadline to get artwork, production, and delivery in time for a major outdoor marketing / fundraising event for the Rotary Club Jersey City. The final product was even more beautiful and professional than what I thought it would be. Paul really listened to my needs and made some extremely helpful suggestions in order to insure the high quality look of work and product. As someone that works in entertainment, I will most definitely be using Instant Promotion for all my event marketing needs. The Rotary Club of Jersey City really looked pretty amazing in a sea of over 70,000 people!
