Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

My tent is AMAZING! Strong frame, waterproof and the graphics are beautiful! We were the most spectacular tent at the show. This is one of the best decisions on purchase I have made. No need for additional signage and size is perfect. Easy to set up and pull down with the zipper sides. James made sure the tent arrived on time and we had a tight window. Recommend this company to any business!

I am extremely happy with their services! the tent is amazing! great quality materials and well done! I highly recommend it!

Instant promotion has been our go to company for all our trade show set-up for the past 4 years. From Canopies, podiums, table covers and lights, they have exceeded all expectations with making our business look extremely professional and providing replacement parts when needed. The quality is top notch and the support from our direct sales manager is superb. We are constantly praised on our trade show set-up with the quality and appearance. We will always continue business with Instant Promotion and continue to refer people to their products.

Great experience. Fast and accurate.

The entire process was easy and the staff was great to work with. They helped me with reformatting my logo using the right image format. I received numerous email proofs and I felt appreciated using the company instead of feeling like I was a burdening to them. Great company and I wanted to support local businesses. Will be using them again real soon.

We got a tent and a table cloth for our company events from Instant Promotions and it was an amazing experience. Paul worked with us the entire way making sure our design was exactly what we were picturing, gave very fast responses, and was overall very refreshing to work with. Even through shipping I never had to worry if everything would show up on time for our event. We will definitely be using them again for our other offices.

Our new tent is BEAUTIFUL! The material is thick and will withstand years of wind & rain. The frame is easy to put up and much sturdier than any pop-up tent we've owned before. The carry-case is built to last with strong zippers and heavy duty material. We are really impressed with our new tent and would highly recommend.

Very happy with my overall experience with Instant Promotion. The Customer Service from our sales contact, Paul, is exceptional - quick, personable, helpful. The quality of products are great and the warranty for our frames (Pro Series) definitely makes the spend worth it. We use our tents a lot and have had replacement parts sent twice (after 3 years of many hands on them in all types of weather). Each time they were received within days of the request, no charge, no questions. The turnaround for printed canopies is very reasonable without rush fees (exceeded expectations) and the renderings are a great value-add, making presenting to decision makers very efficient.
