James is a rock star! Not only is the quality outstanding, but James got our canopy here by 12/24, in time for Christmas. Colors, pattern turned out amazing! It is solid, well built and my husband loved it! Definitely would recommend. Price is very reasonable for the product produced. Thank you, Thank you Instant Promotion!

James was so helpful and patient with me while making so many changes to my liking. I have gotten so many compliments on the EZ Ups. I plan on buying something else.

We have ordered four canopy tents and several feather flags from Instant Promotion. The quality of both the products we received and the customer service along the way will keep us coming back for future projects. Paul Davis answered all of my questions throughout each order process, helped us with necessary returns/exchanges, and ensured timely delivery of our items before our trade show. I'm happy to have stumbled upon Instant Promotion's site! We will continue to bring them business with our promotional product needs. The customer service we received is what puts Instant Promotion a step above with guidance and timely, friendly feedback- it's exactly what businesses are looking for when purchasing promotional products.

Our organization has ordered several custom tents from Instant Promotion. The tents and frames are of great quality and have held up well on windy days. Their customer service is excellent. I have never had to sit on hold. Our representative, James Shang is very responsive and any issues or concerns are addressed quickly. We highly recommend Instant Promotion.
