James went above and beyond to help us get what we where looking for and they came a lot quicker than expected and look fantastic, will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to anybody looking for custom pop ups

Great Company! Hats off to James S. he bent over backwards to help me thru ordering what i wanted. I would recommend Instant Promotions to anyone looking for a custom tent and accessories.

James helped me step by step and met a deadline that saved me! Highly recommend this company! The quality of the materials were amazing.

I have gotten two tents made by this company, and they are amazing! One tent is a 10x20, and the other is a 10x10. They are lightweight and easy to carry, but can withstand some wind and rain and continue to look brand new! This will be the only company that makes my custom tents!

I cannot give enough praise to Kathy and the Instant Promotion team. Because I wasn't familiar with the company I was slightly apprehensive, but Kathy was helpful from the moment I started asking questions before purchasing the director's chair. She had virtual proofs made before I decided to buy them, and at every turn she was responsive and helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everything from start to finish was an outstanding experience with Instant Promotions! From design, to shipping I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. I highly recommend them.

My team and I are thoroughly pleased with our experience with Instant Promotions, specifically Kathy Conner. Kathy is awesome! She helped us at every step, and we will 100% be using Instant Promotions again. Thank you, Kathy!
