Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

James was wonderful to work with he did everything in his power to get our item done and delivered in time for our upcoming event. I couldn't of asked for better service!

The team made our tent come to life! And they made our deadline! Although there were many components forgotten during the shipping process, they took care of any issues immediately. I would definitely buy from them again,

Couldn't be more pleased with how easy it was to order from this company. Communication was great!! Product was great quality!! Definitely would recommend!!

Our Fire Department purchase 2 10x10's and 2 custom stretch table clothes in 2019. I attend dozens of community events throughout the year and every time I set up our tent and table people have asked me where we purchased our high quality tent and table clothes. Just recently we had some wind damage to one of our tents and our customer service rep Jordan took care of us with replacements parts within a week. I cannot say enough good things about Instant Promotions. If you are looking for excellent customer service and high quality products look no further.

Very helpful responds fast when creating I recommend this company

From the multitude of options and colors to choose from, initial layout, fast response and help with images to the final approvals, fast shipping and quality of the product - every part of this process exceeded expectations. Anyone who has seen the tent has been impressed and has inquired about it. Bo was beyond helpful on emails and calls with prompt and informative responses, as well as willing to take the time to walk through options and next steps. I have recommended this site to many people so far and will continue to do so whenever asked about our tent. Thank you so much for your amazing service.
