Wow I was very impressed with the quality and the time it took to get delivered. 5 stars!!!!

The guys were great to deal with. They responded quickly to design changes. Did not over email when I didn’t order right away then once I did order I received it promptly.

Order was processed and sent correctly. No mistakes.

Service was incredible. Responded quickly and with great detail. Shipped in under a week.

My customer service rep James Shang was simply amazing to work with. He got back to me fast and showed me what my tent was going to look like. the website is super easy to navigate. Thank You!

Bo was so kind, helpful, and attentive to detail.

Started off buying one tent for our lacrosse parent club and ended up getting another. The 20x13 is amazing for at home and the 10x10 will be used both at home and on the road. Paul, our rep, was awesome. His response time was quick and his follow up was thorough. He did not get flustered when we had to get approval from our university. He worked alongside of us like a member of our own team! He made sure our items got here in time for the season. The product is sturdy, easy to assemble and spot on for our color match! After pricing out some other companies, we are so glad we went with Instant Promotions!

Products are sturdy. Colors for our logo were exact. Fast delivery.
