Great Product, a little random on lead times. Could use item #'s on website staff seems confused when you call about specific products, i got alot of "wait which backdrop are you talking about" Please also add dimensions to things this seems like common sense.

Love the tent and the whole process for the tent. But tried to order a couple banners, the communication has been terrible. I've pretty much given up on it. I get sporadic emails with no reply's after I answer the questions. Very frustrating. Follow-up: IP called me up and personally apologized for the situation about the second order. They also gave me 50% off my banner purchase. I am pretty sure they were overwhelmed and my order slipped through the cracks. As stated if things go like the first order this would be a 5 star review for sure. Satisfied.

I wasn't too fond of Stephen or whatever his name (his customer service skills are non existent) is but Jordan and everyone else was great! The quality was awesome and it looks fantastic.

Purchased a 7x7 foot pop up tent. It looks great. Colors are sharp and tent canopy and frame both look to be great quality. Only complaint is that communication with the customer could be better. When we received our order, it did not come with the Roller Bag. On the invoice it was not checked off (everything else was checked and arrived in the package) and it appears "B/O" was scribbled on the invoice. I'm assuming this means back order and the roller bag will come, but not communication or explanation was given as to why or when or if we will receive the roller bag. I am waiting on a reply from our sales contact.

Received the wrong cross bar clamps twice. And the original order had the wrong transport duffle bag.

tent was beautiful case however ripped after third use.
