The quality was outstanding, and the only issue was my order request was for a labeled tablecloth that was black in color, and sorry to say, the tablecloth that was delivered was white in color. The great thing is they are right on it to fix everything...This is really amazing for a company to go through the extra steps to help its customer base. As I stated, the quality of work is light years above that of other companies. For this reason, I will only place my orders with Instant Promotion. My rep, Mr. James Shang, is also very responsive and always communicates to ensure things are going okay. James is a true customer service professional and is always helpful.

Top notch canopy. Very well built. I don’t like the fact they charge you a fee to convert a photo to a specific file type if you don’t have the correct file type. Overall pleased.
