James Shang was very patient with me through changes and file type issues. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. This is my 3rd time ordering from Instant Promotions and we have been recommending them to everyone that sees the quality of the product at the music festivals we attend and use the tent.

They were extremely communicative through every step of the process. I don't think I went 2 days without an update, which was great.

We recently needed an arch with our new logo. I contacted Instant Promotions via their website. Within 24 hours, James Shang contacted me and has worked with me throughout the process. I was surprised at how fast, I was sent a graphic of the arch. James worked with me to make sure the PMS colors matched and it was exactly what I needed. The company has excellent communication from day one through the item being delivered. I don’t remember a time when a company has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I recommend Instant Promotions and James Shang.
