Great product. Wish it came with even the most simple storage bag.

Hi Justin, thanks so much for taking the time to provide your feedback here, and our apology for the delayed reply aside from your direct communication with our sales team, assuming this took place. While our tent packages used to consist of a wheeled storage bag, most of our customers preferred to have the option of including them or not depending upon budget, which is why they are no longer automatically sent. We're always happy to work with you to make sure you have what you need so if there's any way we can help with this relative to your upcoming events, please feel free to reach out to us. It's great to hear you're pleased with your tent products and we hope to have another opportunity to work with you soon!

I was super impressed with the quality of the canopy and the quick turn around time. I was a little worried about spending that much on a canopy but after receiving it and seeing the sturdiness of it, I was happy with my purchase. I can't wait for the our next trade show to show it off. There may be other promotion companies out there but the customer service and quality of products is why we chose Instant Promotion. We will be ordering from them again in the future.

We ordered an expo club tent. It's very nice with great printing. I would have given them five stars, except the carry bag for the tent is terrible. It's a nice bag, but the tent doesn't fit in it well at all. It's very frustrating. Everything else is great.

Instant Promotion was very good to work with! They were very responsive and helped us meet a quick deadline. We messed up and ordered the wrong color frame and they made it right. The tent arrived on time and looks spectacular. The colors really pop and all of the materials look clean and professional. We are impressed. Our representative (James Shang) was great to work with. I am taking off one star for the wheeled storage bag. It is heavy duty and the wheels and zipper seem like they will last. However, the bag is open on the bottom end (the feet from the tent frame fit into a metal slot that is embedded in the bag) and we have an issue with the frame sliding out of the slot as it is rolled, which causes the tent and frame to slide out of the bag. I think the wheeled bag would be much easier to use if it was closed on the bottom rather than open.

Looks great. Won't have time to use it for a few more months. Seems to be good quality.

Great customer service! Haven't had a chance to use product yet but excited to put it to work in 2018

The Company help us with every part of the design of the tent. I just wish that the general public would know what is involved in the art work and layout of what you may be looking for. This Company went above what other companies would do for a customer.
