Awesome canopies (5 Stars). Roller bag, not so much (2 Stars). Both the 10x10 bag and the 10x20 bag are way too big. Do you have other bags that actually fit and are not so oversized? It looks like I am going to have to use several straps around the outside of the bag to keep it all snug. :(

I ordered 2 tent/ Tablecloth combos from James. He was very professional and I’m very excited to receive our tents.

Company is very good at communication and listening to what you want. Process was fairly easy to complete.

No instructions but everything else was perfect.

I ordered a flag with Jason, the salesperson, who assured me I would get everything on the agreed date. Unfortunately, something happened with their manufacturer and we had to cancel our order. I spoke with Jordan who was extremely helpful and understanding and issued the reimbursement swiftly. 4 stars because we could not unfortunately get our product.

Great product, but honestly very difficult to order. You have to have your own art department create your logos... Once we found another company to do that, things moved along.

Really great service and quick mockup turnaround. I was very impressed with how quickly revisions were done from low-quality images. When the full quality images were received they were updated and color matched to our specs. Additional information was followed through. Only reason not 5-stars is due to a backorder issue that seamed to have slipped through the cracks and I was not notified. The core product came and was perfect.
