We ordered Office 2024 and the download went fine. The license code that was provided to activate the installation with Microsoft failed. All the installation instances associated with the given license had already been used! It has been two days of writing requests for assistance with no response. Also the phone number goes directly to voice mail. And the chat fails to come back with a response to anything. Asking to contact a representative doesn’t happen. This site has been a waste of out time and our money!

I have never received my order. Order was placed on 5-30. I have sent two different emails to them and have had no response to either.

I can't figure out how to install it.

My download didn't work. I reached out to you via chat and email and heard nothing. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

NEVER received product for download or product key. An e-mail states my order was completed on 4/9 at 7:51 am. It is now 4/11 at 8:26 and I am still waiting to receive my product. I have sent multiple e-mails to the help desk and have received NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT.
