Forbidden to ask questions
If you ask any reasonable questions, your request is deleted without warning. The guy immediately becomes defensive, as if he wasn't selling degrees. I guess being slightly curious and asking questions (like where the degree will come from, which I think is pretty crucial) is a great way to avoid being scammed.

Respectfully Andrea Badalassi, by your own admission you applied without reading the Homepage and FAQ, despite making a legal declaration that you had done so. This service is marketed at intelligent, motivated individuals who have been poorly served by traditional education and who have made the informed decision that a legally granted private degree suits their needs. You asked questions that showed you had not read the Homepage and FAQ. You refused to do so and simply repeated your questions. Your application was politely cancelled and I personally wished you well in your dealings with other suppliers. I continue to wish you well in your dealings with other suppliers.
