great application as always with ICM

nothing special to say its great as for now haven't tried the paid contract yet

I received an email from your CEO George with a discounted offer on a contract, so I proceeded to buy the contract. Clinked the link, signed in, followed the instructions given to send Bitcoin as payment to the address provided by your website and after waiting for confirmation on the blockchain, which I have proof of sending, it just stayed on the payment page saying "waiting for payment". I have tried multiple avenues of trying to communicate with these people but NOTHING, NO REPLY. I am extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to give this a shoot but now I am believing this company is scamming me and many others, may have to report to cryptowatchdog if I am met with only silence and having my $199 in Bitcoin stolen from me. ICM if you read this please reply back to my emails I sent to you and help me remedy this situation caused by what I only hope was a back end software problem on your website.

I have yet to get instant cloud mining to respond to anything that I try to make contact with him through. They keep giving the excuses that there updating their platform they keep telling me that if I purchase the 2 year contract ultimate contract that they will activate me instantly but I purchased my ultimate 1 year contract on January 29th and still have yet to be activated or contacted. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times and they refused to contact me back they just keep sending me a automatic message saying they are updating the app and I will be activated soon their website says activation is immediate That is a lie it is not immediate activation. ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT OR RETURN MY $3517. I would never purchase from ICM if I could go back to Jan. 28th. 4/29 George finally responded to my whatsapp message. He stated I will be activated by Monday at latest or I would get a FULL refund to my bitcoin account. I hope to be activated but would be happy getting my bitcoin back, even though I will receive less bitcoin than I paid due to inflation of bitcoin. At least someone (ICM) made money on my bitcoin the last 3 months. I will keep posting as I get updates and I hope to respond with a positive statement soon. 5/12/2021 George has not responded back, no ICM response at all now. They once again lied about getting my (ultimate 1 year) paid contract fulfilled. I still have no access and I am once again just trying to get a response from Instant Cloud Mining. It seems I may be out my $3517.00. Do not believe the friendly reviews of this company, it is a big scam and the reviews that are nice were posted by their employees or paid for reviews. FAKE, SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL LOSE IT. July 17 2021 George refuses to respond to me now and cannot make contact with anyone else from ICM. This is a scam so BEWARE AND DO NOT SEND MONEY VIA BITCOIN. He buys good reviews from companies. All customwrs have had a bad experience and lost all their money. His mining is getting new customers, that 1 time beginning fee is his gold mine.

I am a noob, so the issue i have been having started with my first bitoin transaction that i withdrew from my cash app to their wallet on the 24th of June. They have been very busy, and fairly polite, even when Ive been a big 2year old throwing a tantrum. not everything in life goes perfectly. I am excited for they have reassured me that it would be resolved tonight,,,yeah!
