Update: The awesome mods helped me clear this up very quickly. They were super nice and now I'm back to earning. I can't recommend this site enough. I've read reviews where people have had negative experiences trying to resolve things with mods in support tickets, but that was not my experience at all. Just be patient, honest and kind while interacting, remember they're people too. If you have a bad attitude and are rude it probably makes their job harder, they really do want to help you and they're busy. Give them time and respect and they'll help you if they can. i have earned almost 1500 points to be told my account is blocked and i absolutely cannot cash in my points. ive spoken several times to their customer service to only be treated unfair and they have been nothing but rude. they refuse to let me use points for a gift card told me i had to get a check then because i had to change my married name to my maiden name so that i could cash check they accused me of fraud. ive created several tickets and you dont get all the points you earn. they are still refusing to give me a number to speak to a rep instead of a computer. im beging to think it was a waste and infact they are a scam
