I have been writing to them to reset my pin number i had forgot my old number and needs to reset it,so I can cash out. Nobody is answering my support ticket and it had been al two weeks since I requested support.

InstaGC owned and operated by Day Online Solutions, LLC) is a GPT site to which I joined in 2022. Since the time I joined, I had made six different redemptions ranging from $2 to $10 to my Paypal account for a total of almost $40. However, for my last redemption request in the form of Bitcoins worth $10 that I submitted last Feb. 27 is still not received. However their system is saying that the process was already completed even though I have not received anything. I submitted a ticket to their support on March 2, 2025 but I still haven’t received any response as of this writing even though they are supposed to respond to tickets within a few minutes or within the day. If I check the transactions to my Bitcoin address through the site blockchair(dot)com, there is no transaction entry that shows that I received anything from February 27, yet in their system it says “completed”. Upon checking the reviews of this company on TrustPilot, I found out from other comments that they are no longer paying as well as no longer replying to support tickets. Update: I finally received my rewards on March12, 2025 and I just changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Once a great site. I was finally able to cash out since PayPal was available.

Hi, i am happy since using instagc but i have few questions that needs reply, pleasse: 1. Instagc is charging paypal fee to my withdrawl requests but on its website it is written "instaGC pays the PayPal fees so you aren't charged anything to receive it"?. 2. Now i am unable to withdraw because $ 50 is a limit to withdraw within one month, how can i increase this limit? Thanks

Overall good site. Instant PayPal is a big a hit and usually works very well. Usually I choose instant PayPal but last time I selected the direct deposit option. It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my payout and support still hasn't responded to me. Quite unusual for support to take 4 days to respond to a ticket...

This website has been pretty decent so far for me. Just one quick question, are surveys limited each day? Cause after i cashed out for £3, i could either not find a eligible survey or there werent any available. Please help.

Its been strange that on 4th feb i joined instagc after that they said to sent proof for verification but its been 3 days no response staff of instagc is not ready to response this is how you treat members new memebers waiting 3 days and no one is coming up to response the ticket very strange.I expect response because its strange why are you not resoponding. jacktheman so now you have responded after 3 days and said proof is fraudlent your site is fraudlent you site has the past record you blame everyone fraud you want me to open your record how you said proof is fraud
