Dear Alexandre, We are sorry to hear that there was a miscommunication. Instaboost Media is an award winning digital marketing agency. Our sales agents read a strict compliance on every call to make sure every client is aware of the exact program they are moving forward with. Google does not offer local search engine optimization services. We are an accredited Google partner specializing in Google Ads and digital marketing. In no way are we trying to deceive you from thinking other wise. We have the specific recording of you agreeing to these terms as well. Either way we are sorry to hear about the confusion. We will make sure to have Mike reach out to you to discuss the account immediately. With respect, Instaboost Media.

Suegene is quick to respond and followed up with me until I was all set. I reached out to her in confidence to ask if she could help me get a new project manager assigned and was able to get it done without 24 hours. Thank you for your help!

Excellent service!
We have been with Instaboost for 6 months. This company has went above and beyond their promises. Our rep, Stuart, is in constant contact by either text, call or email. He is always accessible, knowledgeable and willing to listen to concerns or changes we want to make. We are very pleased. This company believes in customer service and the need for their reps to understand each customer has different and specific ways they want to go. There is no pressure to spend more and more money with them.

Suegene made my introductory call to the Instaboost opportunity. She was fresh as a field of flowers -- very enthusiastic and clear. I enjoyed the exchange. She could have sold me an elephant.
