I ordered a watch 08-19- 2020 and have no delivery or contact from any representative. I am disappointed. I need an answer. The watch didn't hold a charge longer than 24 hours and did not ever sync to the app. It was worthless and they wouldn't help me unless I sent a video to them showing them the problem. They say they will give a full refund but this is a lie. They will refund you but only if you ship the item back to Asia at your own expense. II would not trust this company.

Shipping was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. The smart watch was cheaper than a fit bit but I still got the nice features and nice aesthetics
