Ordered 21 Oct 21 not received by 4th Jan. The promo emails they send have a separate section for people who haven't received their items. Says something.

I ordered a watch from their website more than 35 days ago. I have contacted them for information about shipment but there was nothing. I asked for a refund and there is no response. Their phone number is not a functioning one. I have reported them to the BBB.

I have been waiting for my watch 3 months already. I don't have even a message from anyone to tell me where is my watch or my money.

Rang the number on the website +44 7764 512244 is inaccessible - is there an issue with the number and why is it a cell phone number? The product is described well and the site is professional. But why can't I reach on the phone number.

Terrible products! My smart bracelet didn't come with a charger. My smart watch doesn't work at all!! Stop making your products and marketing look like it's a reputable company!!! So angry! I hope you go out of business!!

The watch is not accurate, when I do workout the heart bit is not going over 80 bit per minute. I can't find the app to install on my phone, they don't answer by email and their phone customer is not working. It is so bad.

My watch just came today but everything from the instructions to the display on the watch is in Chinese. I tried to contact the company and their support email address is not valid.

Okay so this looked like a decent company and website but what came was cheap import from China. I hoped paying a premium would give a better quality product. Unfortunately this is a copy of Fitbit Inspire and can be bought for 1/10 price on eBay. Thus its misrepresented as being on sale and discounted and isn't worth the sale price.
