Kayla made the difference! I recently purchased the Bold Black and Gold handles for my gut renovation for cabinets and appliances. The quality and packaging of the product is excellent. Delivery was prompt- within a week. Your customer service is 5 star. Kayla was so helpful in walking me through all my questions. She even went above and beyond to ensure the number of items I needed was either in stock or arriving soon to your warehouse. It helps to have that kind of inside knowledge available for the customer. She sent me a summary of my order and I was able to pay through included link. easy. Thanks Kayla!

I’m so happy with my new hardware and had a very good experience with IH. Everything was top quality and high end. I heard from the team on timing of my large order and they took care to inspect quality of everything before it shipped. Very happy with the finished product, it’s helped to transform my kitchen.
