I think you need to beautiful piroduct but confusion on orderingmore clearly…
I think you need to more clearly differentiate between actual door pulls and cabinet door pulls. It caused delay in getting my correct order and was confusing.

Carl, we’re sorry the distinction between cabinet pulls and door pulls wasn’t clear enough when you ordered, and that this delayed getting the right hardware. We’ve taken your feedback into consideration as we update our website’s product pages to make their intended uses clearer. Thank you for helping us improve that information.

Hardware was beautiful, packaging makes no sense
Hardware was beautiful, I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. Why would you individually wrap each knob in a fabric sac? Maybe some people like this fancy packaging, but for me all I see is it ending up in a landfill. I'd love to be charged 50 cents less per item and have it come in something simple and recyclable.

Thank you for noting this for us. Unfortunately some of our pieces require extra padding so they are not damaged in transit. Our packing tape, boxes, tissue paper, packing peanuts are all compostable, recyclable or biodegradable materials. We hope to move to all packaging materials being earth friendly in the future.
