Having just completed 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 on Saturday , I’m still integrating everything these three days opened up. Wow !! This wasn’t surface-level learning. It was deep, confronting, honest work. I saw exactly where I had been silencing myself. Where I’d been holding back my truth. Where old stories around worthiness were quietly running the show. There were tears. There was release. There was forgiveness, not to excuse the past, but to free myself from it. What I’m walking away with is clarity. A steadier nervous system. And a stronger sense of self-leadership. Courtland, so much gratitude for the way you held this space. Your leadership felt grounded, direct, and deeply human. You didn’t rescue, you called us forward, and that made all the difference. Genesis didn’t just teach me something. It shifted something in me. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘪𝘵, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘪𝘵. Grateful for this experience, for the growth, and for what comes next.
