How do you run a business that is primarily a delivery service but not deliver beyond a couple miles? If other food industries have figured it out why can’t Insomnia Cookies?

NEVER order from here! Have been waiting over 5 hours and still have not received my order! When I try to call the store they hang up on me. When I tried to make a complaint it won’t let me through email!

Do not order from these guys online. Do not order online: you won't get your order. I received a notification that FedEx delivered the order my friend had sent to me, but my leasing office (the only way to get boxes that don't go in the P.O. Box) did not get it. This happened twice. I tried to talk to a customer service representative, but their response was "File a complaint with FedEx. We can send another box." There was no option to provide feedback to them about this. So my friend spent money for a product that was not delivered--twice. Just don't bother with their online service.
