At Insightful, we take pride in offering a flexible solution that allows each company to define what is neutral or productive according to their unique needs. We believe that productivity metrics should be tailored to each organization, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all standard. To conclude, your hours were tracked as "neutral" simply because the apps and websites you were using weren't marked as "productive" by your account admin. Regarding time calculations, we want to assure you that our system is designed to be highly customizable. Account admins have full control over setting and adjusting time calculations to align with your company’s specific requirements. Hi Sophia, Thank you for the feedback! I understand your concern. It's a setting on Insightful's admin dashboard, and you can discuss changing it with the admin of your account. From what I got based on your comment, it seems that you currently calculate productivity % as total productive hours/ total work time, and you can change that to be calculated as total productive time / 8 hours.
