About Insightful.io

Insightful is a Work Intelligence platform that helps organizations understand how work actually happens across people, processes, and AI so they can improve performance, optimize workflows, and reduce operational waste. When work is spread across people, locations, and tools, small gaps add up quickly. Time goes missing, work slows down, and problems surface too late. Insightful makes this visible in one platform built to help organizations optimize People, Process, and Technology through three core capabilities: Workforce Analytics to measure workforce productivity, utilization, and performance with real-time visibility into how work gets done; Workflow Optimization to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize workflows across teams and processes; and Work Intelligence to measure AI adoption, usage, and business impact so organizations can maximize the ROI of their AI investments. With a customizable dashboard, users can create layouts with configurable widgets to surface the KPIs and insights most relevant to their role. They can see where time is going, how AI is being adopted across the organization, how teams are performing, and where work is breaking down without relying on manual tracking or guesswork. Insightful helps organizations understand how work happens across teams, processes, and AI; spot drops in utilization and output early; track AI adoption, usage, and business impact; view their most important KPIs and insights at a glance; identify where work slows, stalls, or creates rework across workflows; compare performance across teams, roles, or locations; use real activity data to review work and resolve disputes; and automate time tracking and reporting. More than just another monitoring tool, Insightful is a Work Intelligence platform designed to deliver measurable business impact. It combines automatic time tracking, activity data, analytics, and reporting in one place so organizations can improve performance, optimize operations,

Hi Anthony, We are sorry you feel this way about Insightful. However, our billing is fully transparent - you’ve been charged only for the active user seats you added, with credits applied to your account for all the users that you have deactivated. Manager and admin seats are not billed, and all charges are based strictly on the pricing you originally signed up for. We hope that the platform has served you well. Best regards, The Insightful Team

No AI in video recording, and it is expensive
What I don't like is you have video recording, but there should be AI to assess that video recording. No one has a time to go through these video recordings every day. So I have heard from my friends that web work works finest and they are less costly, so I have an issue with this being expensive.
Response from Insightful.ioMar 2, 2026
Hi Shivangi, Thanks for leaving a review. You’re absolutely right that manually reviewing recordings isn’t scalable, and technology should be doing the heavy lifting. With Insightful, meaningful insights come from a combination of structured productivity data, automated analysis, and clear trends - with video recordings offering great insights when deeper review is needed. When evaluating tools that claim advanced AI video analysis at very low price points, it’s worth taking a closer look at how that capability is delivered and whether the pricing model remains sustainable as usage grows. AI processing on video at scale typically involves significant infrastructure costs, so transparency around what’s included, and what may change, matters. If you’d like to explore how Insightful balances automation, insight, and context, we’d be glad to walk you through it. Best regards, The Insightful Team

You need to be available for phone consult during the trial period
During the trial period, there needs to be more support. This will give the user a better trial period and use of your product.
Response from Insightful.ioFeb 5, 2026
Hi Joseph, We’re sorry to hear that the trial experience felt under-supported. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve built a range of resources to help trial users move quickly, including extensive documentation, guided product tours, and an AI assistant designed to deliver fast, focused answers. On top of that, our human support team is made up of experienced product experts who are always ready to help. If you’d be open to it, we’d really encourage you to reach out so we can better understand what you were missing and make sure you get the support you need. Your feedback helps us keep improving how we guide users through the trial period. Best regards, The Insightful Team
