Delighted with Real Time Actionable Data
I am delighted with the ability to track my health in real time via labs that give me actionable steps I can take AND with the smartwatch link tgatvties all my data together. I love monitoring my own health in ways I never could before. Now, if only I could link up a smart scale that would also show bmi, muscle mass, bone mass and water. I do that every few months at my chiropractor’s office to measure my fitness progress. I would like to have a place to load that info too.

This is annoying. Nobody answered my email I am a strong customer for a long time if someone answers my email regarding covid.

No customer services
Very difficult to get customer service help. I was told I would get a call in 2 weeks (really??) due to high volume...never heard back. I received a few emails about a consultation, but no call or consult. Felt like I was just getting the runaround. I love the service provided. Allows me to improve all important biomarkers & overall health. Although, I wonder if I'm getting the most out this service. Unfortunately very difficult to get someone with Inside Tracker to explain or navigate through all aspects of services provided to optimize experience.

Spent over $400 and never received anything from them. SCAM.
It's been nearly a month and I still haven't received by DNA package and I am unable to get my money back. Customer support hotline is constantly busy and their support chat feature consistently says "Nobody is able to help you right now, thanks!". Emailed them multiple times, asking where my order is with no response. Their general idea is great, but people worship these guys and I really do not understand why or how. Their support team is absolutely terrible if it even exists, and their products take months to ship and receive. Literal months. It's not worth the nearly $400 you'll spend buying a thorough package.

Useless
You pay $100+ for nothing. The blood scan takes 7 days to be processed. In the end, you receive the same data as in your scan, just visualised in pointless graphs. Plus a few generic health tips. DNA service is also nothing special, you can get much more data in Promethease. On top of that i asked for a refund, and they simply ignored my request.

Hello, thank you for sharing feedback about InsideTracker. The graphs that you receive with your blood scan indicate your "optimized zones" - these focus areas for each biomarker are more detailed than a typical blood test and allow you to strive to reach the best levels for you specifically. I would also suggest linking your fitness tracker, turning on notifications to receive daily ProTips, and creating an Action Plan. Each recommendation is generated by a scientific engine and has an impact score of how effective that action will be at changing your biomarkers. I hope this helps you to gather further value from your results!
