Clever solution to one of the many pitfalls of American healthcare
I really appreciate the simplicity and directness that Insideracker allows. Getting bloodwork done, and receiving information about how to improve biomarkers is made far more simple and inexpensive by InsideTracker

Poor customer service unless you're buying something
I bought the Ultimate earlier in January. I waited a few days an my blood work lab slip became available. I scheduled my blood draw. That part was very easy. I had my blood drawn on January 17th. I expected a 5-10 day wait. No problem. I have not received any word on the results. I have emailed more than once. I added DNA analysis. I received the kit and retuned it. I have received an email saying the DNA was being analyzed. I called the number today and got a recording saying they had an unusually high call volume and for me to leave a message and I should get a response within 48 hours. I did. I then tried the Live Chat. I got the same response. The FAQ didn't answer my question so I said so. I then received a message saying they were busy and I should email them. I have no emails from Inside Tracker concerning the extremely delayed blood work results. I did get automated emails saying, something about "we're checking in, if we don't hear anything back, we'll close this out:. I respond and then I get another automated email about they are busy and will get back to me when they can. If you are having staffing issues, say that up front. I'm a patient guy, but no news is frustrating. Call me and give me some answers please!

As you assumed, you are correct that we are a bit backlogged at the moment due to team members being out due to illness. Road to health goals.
I have been using Inside Tracker for 4 months and it has helped me determine what goals to set and helped me with accountability and resources. I really like the 3 month reviews of bio markers because they give me short term goals.

Great company
I have been using Inside Tracker for my blood tests for about 3 years now, and can't be more satisfied with their service. If there are any issues with the orders, I just email them and they get back to me within a day and sort them all out. I'll definitely continue using their service going forward.
