DNA Upload worked well, but blood tests are too expensive
I’m glad I was able to upload my DNA results affordably. I have done a couple InnerAge 2.0 tests and I like the insights, however, the tests are getting too expensive. I’d like to do an Ultimate test once a year, but I can’t justify the $650 price tag. That is just too much to pay for a blood test and the prices keep rising (I notice). I have Tricare, which has no HRA/HSA so I have to pay out of pocket. I would really like to stay in the $100-200 range per test. I should have purchased the Black Friday deal and that would have set me for the year but now it’s too late.

Only for the rich, LIES and DECEPTION and no order history
I signed up in December 2021 after hearing countless ads on Huberman Lab, Sinclair's podcasts, etc.
A HUGE mistake!
They tried to market me to death, even emailed after I read one of their blog posts (never went back to their blog), but don't care to provide effective customer support.
Their DNA test does NOT include the Alzheimer's genes and not only do they NOT disclose that, but in their FB group they failed to answer questions about it until I started nagging. I just ordered the Nebula COMPLETE DNA.
As I was getting ready to use the last prepaid Essentials test, I asked about upgrading as I had several severe issues in the Ultimate test that are NOT included in the Essentials labs. I was advised I couldn't upgrade.
I asked in IT chat why I couldn't find my previous orders at their site and they sent me invoices. Accordingly, my first order was for $688 (Ultimate, DNA and InnerAge), while the special I had ordered was $589. Nobody could explain the difference.
Finally, Rich Sandler, QA & Training Supervisor, emailed to assist -- WITHOUT reading the chat!
Mr. Sandler kept LYING, making things up.
Noteworthy, he wrote: "InnerAge Analysis is not possible with the Essentials test as it does not contain enough markers to calculate a score."
I have been unable to find a comparison chart of the tests and don't know how the test that comes with InnerAge compares to the Ultimate and Essentials tests.
Since I suffer from severe stress-induced brain damage (working memory loss), I had a terrible time yesterday (12/23/22) after getting another email that made NO sense whatsoever from Mr. Sandler. I was trying to get the vacation rental I manage ready for guests and IT destroyed my brain with 2 CALLS from someone else and about 5 more calls demanding my feedback! All while I was waiting for my guests to get back to me with their ETA.
I might have finally had a heart attack if I had answered. My blood pressure is routinely at 200 / 135 when I'm so stressed.
Needless to say, I made many mistakes, it took twice as long and I forgot to do a couple of things. More STRESS.
I've wasted many hours trying to find order receipts and dealing with the IT emails, but those calls took the cake. Constantly running to the phone ...
Today (Xmas Eve) I cried, I accomplished NOTHING, broke stuff, and was still trying to make sense out of this madness, looked at the IT site again.
Just one (1) Ultimate test is now $659. There is absolutely no way that I could continue to pay for IT. The reason I signed up with IT was so I'd have all my labs, recommendations and InnerAge in one place.
Since IT can't even tell me what I ordered after only a year, I have ZERO confidence that the IT recommendations and InnerAge calculations are accurate.
I hope to do a full review with pictures, screenshots and my labs at my site soon so that others with limited income don't fall for the IT ads.
And I'm determined to find more affordable labs since health insurance (AZ Obamacare) won't even approve annual labs and doctors / nurses in Mohave County AZ don't have the slightest clue.
The money I wasted on IT is the least of the problem, although it bites to get only $266 in social security. So much stress and frustration, so many brain cells killed ... you can't put a monetary value on your brain.
FYI, Sonaraquest labs not only used the IT voucher I provided but also billed my health insurance and it paid $100 for the Essentials test. That gives you an idea of the real value of the test. The insurance people ignored my complaint about the medical billing fraud.
FRAUD and LIES everywhere I look!

Easy options for blood draw, nice insights & suggestions.
Easy options for blood draw, nice insights & suggestions. They found some results I wouldn't have known about from "normal" doctor-ordered blood tests and had a list of interventions to get the markers into a healthier range.

The categories were very helpful liver, hemoglobin
The categories were very helpful. It was a great to see the results and have a guide on how I was doing even as a physician. I know what a lot of those tests mean but to have it put into perspective relative to a scaling that was promoting optimal health and not just a comparison to the typical unhealthy US norms.
