The reports from InsideTracker give me an objective and challenging measure of aspects of my life that I would never have had an objective view of prior. What can be measured can be changed.

Area of concern
I am pleased that it is not difficult to reach someone for support. I have had issues with the app not supporting my Apple health. When I asked for help, I sent the information they asked for and they still could not help me. They sent me basic instructions to reset things. I did that and it still does not work. It only downloads a very small portion of my work out. I also reached out and spoke with Julia about my creatine Kinase level and why my bio marker level goals are so different from my daughters. She said she would refer me to the science team, and they would get back to me within the hour, I have still not heard anything back and it’s been almost a week. I told her I was doing some heavy weight lifting past few weeks prior not giving myself much rest. When you get serious blood test like this, you really would like answers if there are areas of concern. I do like the fact that we can reference to all the things that you give us and read about it. I think I was under the impression that we would get a virtual meeting with the nutritionist. I think I must’ve been misled by a video that was sent to me as an advertisement.

The price for one blood test cost me…
The price for one blood test cost me over $500, then they want you to put down more money for another after another after another. In order to get things back within normal, you’ve keep buying tests. Kinda like a pyramid scam. I’m disappointed with pricing. I probably won’t be getting another!

Hi Steve, we're sorry you feel that way. We aim to provide you with a plan to get your biomarkers optimized and the only way to tell that the steps taken have worked is by testing after you have implemented the plan we have put in place for you. If you would rather test on your own, there are upload options available but really the only way to verify that you're headed in the right direction and getting optimized is through blood tests.

IT is a superb partner in my health…
IT is a superb partner in my health (doubly so in Ontario, Canada) as I focus on being my best (wellness) versus sickness. I’d rather be out in front and avoid problems than stand back in this long queue and hope for a repair. Or a prescription. Attentive people in FB group, fair pricing, awesome support from Help Desk, understandable science backing. Am at 18 months and five sets of tests.
