Tameka is not an actual customer of ours. We do not know who this customer is. This review was apparently supposed to be left for a different business. We contacted TrustPilot and they will not remove the review.

We hired this company to answer our phones during business hours and after hours. They were billing us for minutes they were not on the phone with our customers. We only learned this because we record all the calls through our CRM and saw mismatch minutes for three months straight. We emailed back and forth for our refund and the manager Chris avoided our phone calls to resolved this and canceled any calls we booked online with him. We asked them to provide the minutes by client or by day, they emailed back with one month. They stated the other two months was another software and they could not provide. The one month report was grossly overbilled. It was a pain to deal with them after finding out they overbill minutes and the cancellation process was a wreck. Charged for months after the cancellation. They literally did not answer the phone for two months and still billed us monthly (We had already hired someone new to do it for us). It was so disappointing and dishonest.

We want to begin by clarifying that your review pertains to a completely different service from the one we provide here. This is for a completely different service than Inside Out VAs that our sister company provides. Regarding the minutes and billing concerns you raised, our call tracking and minute reporting are managed through RingCentral, a trusted industry-standard system. Our data is accurate and consistently tracked, ensuring transparency throughout our service period. When requested, we promptly provided the call data to the customer. When this customer stated our data did not match theirs, we simply requested for them to share their data to which they refused. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we immediately processed it and refunded two months of service as a gesture of good faith. We would also like to note that your request for a refund was made after the service cancellation, which we handled promptly. We regret that you feel disappointed, and we remain committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues. Our goal is always to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and that any misunderstandings are promptly clarified.
