I just an awful app through and through. Not sure what they pay the shills to give it a five star rating but everything about this app sucks hard. Support use AI to generate responses, the brands don't communicate and 90% of the time the app it’s self fault to kid or work or connect to your socials. I don’t know about you but I find apps like Influenster way better by a country mile! Avoid this app at all costs

I have been emailing the support since 15th July today is 31st, I am asking to delete my account from their system as I am not able to log in due to glitch or smth, to which they keep telling me to sign in and delete the account myself, I’ve mentioned 3 times that being not able to log in IS the issue, still waiting for them to delete my account.

Insense has been a huge waste of money. The quality of the creators is low overall and it doesn't suit our business. The creators are cereal UGC creators who spam out similar looking content and we can't really find any unique creators etc. I asked for a refund immediately after signing up and realising the platform wasn't for us. They refused. I would not recommend using Insense if you have a specific brand/creator personality as most are just cookie cutter creators.

I love using Insense to get jobs as a UGC creator. They have a huge selections of brands to work with from small lesser known to larger household names. Insense has been super reliable for payments and contracts as well. I’m so happy I found them and am now able to do UGC work as a source of steady income.

Great App. I’ve been able to get paid collabs and connect with brands. I’ve worked for the same brand around 4 times through the app, they know how to find me in the app and even when you completed a collab the chat keeps open for further communication. Good UGC app for creators and brands
