I’m a professional beauty/UGC creator who has worked with Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, and other established brands. I wasn’t even looking to join Insense. Their team repeatedly emailed me and encouraged me to sign up, so eventually I did. I spent time creating my profile, uploading my portfolio, connecting my main social media account, and completing their onboarding — only to be rejected because apparently the “quality” of my account did not meet their standards. The irony is incredible. If you are going to aggressively recruit creators through repeated emails, maybe evaluate whether they fit your requirements before wasting their time. The rejection itself isn’t even the main issue. The issue is repeatedly inviting someone to join, making them go through the entire setup process, and then giving them a vague rejection about “quality.” Extremely poor creator experience and a complete waste of my time.

This platform is absolutely a scam. I've been an advertiser on here for maybe 2 years, and in those 2 years, I have never raised a single ticket. When I saw an issue (which has happened recently) of people misrepresenting their languages and misrepresenting the followers, I brought this up with the team. The team's reply was, "Oh, the creator has made a video, so you need to pay them," which is not really that fair, when our brief was something completely different.

This is the time line. 1. Ordered two massager 2. Received in about a week. 3. Worked fine for about 10 days til the one massager had a defective vibrator, very loud noise. 4. Brought it to their attention along with a video and it was replaced in about 3 weeks later. 5. About four days later the other original massager received was not working, vibrator. After back and fourth email (Video included) for over about a month I have not heard from them. 6. I guess they are thinking that I will just go away but I think not. I will repot them to BBB and more if i dont get this resolved. Don't get me wrong, I think its a great product when it works.

My business partner registered to this application. There is a lot of influencers but it is not worth the price at all and there are plenty of other applications that are way better for far less money.

Ok the service look very nice at first then i ask for more information and i read a lot of article about us. i try the first month than they charge me 2 months even if i don't use the service it is not really cool from them i think they are many more platform like that available and less expensive that's why i don't consider work with them again sorry

1500$ is very expensive for that kind of service.

to be honest it feel like a. real scam and they try to look professional but their target is charge you be careful please and don't trust that platform

TERRIBLE , they charge you every 3 month and don't allow you to unsubscribe it feel like i have been scammed and they charge my credit card 2 times i even just wanted to try their system which is also very bad, please be careful of that tools which is very very bad
