Don't deserve any star Ordered Brad from them, they don't fit so I emailed them to return and I can't because they sent the right size. AVOID!! Disgusting scam artists.

Declining to give a refund after sending me wrong size trousers. Offered my £3.00 in compensation! Total scam artists. Oh, and I’m about to throw their refund policy right back in their face because no where does it say they don’t allow refunds……. You are actually entitled to a full refund it’s just the people who ‘run’ this ‘company’ for want of a better word will tell you they don’t allow refunds as per their refund policy….. might I suggest they actually read their own refund policy.

I wish I had read these reviews first. As others say total rubbish product refusing to allow return or refund. Do not use this store!!!

Absolutely avoid buying anything from these. I ordered via facebook some swim socks for my grandson and they are a total waste of money.Nothing like what was advertised and trying to get a refund or speak to customer service is a real waste of time. I’m so angry with myself for not checking first before placing an order. Live and learn 🤷🏼‍♀️😟😡

The item was awful quality, looked nothing like the photo and was defected as the stitching was in the wrong place making it unwearable. The refund policy means I’m within my legal right for a refund but I contacted them and kept getting the same response: ‘Because the item you received was correct we can’t give you a refund but can give you £3 compensation’. The item is completely defective and cost nearly £30 (including the added tax which wasn’t mentioned until I’d checked out). Absolutely scam of a company. Luckily AMEX have refunded me.

Items not of great quality refuse to send returns info for refund offering GBP 5 compensation to keep items (GBP 70) and not send back TAX charged to my card that was NOT disclosed at check out Shipping cost to China from UK around GBP 13 so works in my favour to send back Working with PayPal and MAstercard to get my money back
