I ordered the felt christmas tree as it looked like good fun for children. I ordered it from an ad on facebook. The company took the money from my account very quickly. But I have not receied an order number or confirmation that my order was received. I have tried to contact customer services. No answer yet. And then the item turned up out of the blue! a couple of days ago.
