Fell for their BS!! Ordered tan enhancing gel, ingredients do not inspire confidence in a deep tan!! Took ages to arrive, they charged me extra than what I initially paid, and they are based in China so anybreturn portage has to be covered by the buyer! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM (ENDORSED) ADVERTS!

Waited weeks for package which was so called delivered to my neighbour at no 5, that's nowhere near my house and no one in my street has seen or heard them, checked on cameras too and I didn't get any pictures taken of the mystery package nor a leaflet to say where they left it, I don't even think they cale to ou house at all or that the package, website or even tracking site even exists either, I believe this is yet another one of those con sites and that they should be exposed for stealing from people as that is what they're doing. Shame on them!!!!

Had to wait a very very long time for my order of watercolour paints. I requested 2 x sets 1 & 2 but got 3 of the same palette in my order. Have sent them an email hoping they will rectify it, so crossed fingers. Won't be purchasing from them again until its sorted out.

Stupidly bought a sink drainer/tidy that looked great in the Facebook video but doesn't fit our (not unusual set-up) in any way. Customer service was pretty prompt although they are clearly a middle man putting me in touch with seller. The item is effectively unreturnable, unless you want to pay shipping to China (no mention of coming from there in the sales blurb of course).

They said they had sent it - lie! They said it was at a post office - lie! Now they want me to pay more for an item I haven’t received! THIEVES & LIARS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Made a big mistake using them. Believe they are chinese not american as they claim to be. Waiting weeks for item. "Stuck in american customs", if you can believe that. Do not deal with them, they are con artists. They take your money and you don't get the goods. They love sending progress emails that tell you nothing. Worthless company.

Items just arrived. Absolutely useless. Don’t work, magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the pages together. I would return them but know I’ll never get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

Really useless company. Not even worth 1 star. I ordered two of the initial magnetic bookmarks, which never arrived. Luckily, I wasn't too sure about this company to start off with, so used a "buy now pay later" company. I tried to email to get an update, but any emails received back from them, regarding my query about the order, just sent me back to the tracking page of an item that wasn't going to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! All I can say is trust my instincts in the future!
