Purchased the Bowknot Wide Brim Sunhat via an Instagram advert. It finally arrived after 6 weeks. No information about it arriving, no branding on the parcel, no receipt. The hat is poor quality in comparision to the description and photos [surprise surprise]. And is the smallest adult hat I've ever seen. At 5"2 I have a small head, but I think the crown sizing was taken from a child.

Bought a card game having failed to check reviews prior to buying! It’s not great quality, with lots of spelling errors etc. But, unlike a lot of reviews on here, it did arrive. It’s just poor quality.

Had to wait a very very long time for my order of watercolour paints. I requested 2 x sets 1 & 2 but got 3 of the same palette in my order. Have sent them an email hoping they will rectify it, so crossed fingers. Won't be purchasing from them again until its sorted out.
