Regular delivery updates given. Item came from USA so did take a few weeks.

I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it when additional charges appeared. The company's response was that the item had already been dispatched. The product arrived today; the order was placed over a month ago. The item is cheap, nasty and not as described. I am sure trying to initiate a refund will be a waste of time .... My advice to anybody thinking about ordering ANYTHING is don't do it!

The length of time from order to receipt. It arrived just before I went away thankfully. The hats are lovely and comfortable to wear. I have very thick hair which makes the hat tight but it does appear to have stretched a little with continual wearing

Product is really lovely, not enough communication on tracking of product. Had to message a couple of times as it seemed to take ages,but product is really lovely now it’s finally arrived.

Placed an order May 24, received a tracking number which looked totally legitimate. Order was coming from ITALY! That is a new one...beware if you see this. As of July 10th no items received. Customer service has now given me another tracking number that the items shipped from China however the tracking number shows somebody's items were deliver DECEMBER 8th! You can't make this stuff up! They could have at least used a tracking number with a current delivery date AFTER my order was placed! They have not addressed my request for a refund. I filed a claim with my credit card company & reported to Paypal. Site looks legit but it is 100% a scam. The good reviews have to be fake!

Order was delivered when stated was kept updated about deliverey of the item.Bag so far looks good quality.

Packaging was damaged on arrival and bird bath was a bit out of shape. Couldn’t find any details to report the damage so didn’t bother.

Very impressed with quality of goods.Bought 2 by mistake but only too happy to give it to a very good friend
