Don't waste your time with this company, takes money and no goods sent, no idea where they are based but not in UK.

Delivery failure of ordered item. Was intended to be a Christmas present, ordered in good time, tracking system looks like a fiction. Left high and dry, in no position to order an alternative present for grandson. I should have checked the ratings before ordering anything. Advice: don't touch them

I'd give it zero if possible. Offered guaranteed delivery before Christmas. According to tracking it's somewhere in America (24th Dec). I suspect it's a scam. Do not buy from this company

I wish i could put 0. No package arrived, waited 3 months. Contacted them to be told there is no tracking info, so will not be arriving. I requested a refund...to then be told every single time...please wait for your package to arrive for a refund. I have had email after email over the last 2 weeks....still telling me the same thing...disgusting. Awful customer service, same email worded in different ways. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I ordered back in mid-September 2025, it is now December 2025. ZERO delivery. Kept getting emails during dispatches but kept to be delivered. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

SCAMMED- EDIT: After getting through to customer service I was told that my order of a nude lip liner was the same as my received order of a very cheap non branded black eyeliner. Either someone requires glasses or i am indeed being scammed. Oh and I was offered a £2 goodwill gesture! Insulted. SCAM SCAM SCAM Company. Only 1 star to get review written otherwise it would be a minus. I wished I'd read the reviews, which i generally do. I ordered a lip liner to be sent as very cheap and nasty black eyeliner. Customer service is an absolute joke. I suspect the delivery tracking service is also a scam as I was updated regularly that it was being shipped from America and then the item delivered showed 'please return to Buckinghamshire'. Trading standards will be getting a call off me. I know I'm out of pocket a minimal amount but add that to the 100's of others that have been scammed. Disgraceful.

Terrible! Placed an order at the beginning of October. Tracking updates came regularly, then just stopped. No delivery. Contacted customer service. They sent totally different tracking info for a completely different courier company. Tracking said it was not recognised. Contacted them again and requested a refund in December. I was just sent the same tracking info. I asked 4 times for a refund and they just dismissed this and resent tracking info. They said the courier report it was in transit. This didn’t match the info on the link sent. Order did finally arrive 13th Dec. NOT what I expected! TERRIBLE quality! Cheap and nasty materials. Not at all like the cute knitter character socks in the pictures and videos on their website. Steer well clear!!
