Five stars for the mattress and delivery. Lose one star for security issues: your website was flagged by Norton AntiVirus. I was unable to pay for it with my credit card, due to the security issues; I was able to pay with PayPal, but the charge was not from Inofi, but PAYPAL HONGKONGYUN. Another lost star for not having supplies: no sheets, pillow cases, nor carrying case. I went to other vendors for those items.
