Thank you for your feedback. We understand trading losses are disappointing. We noticed you achieved a complete success with your other XAU/USD analysis where TP3 was reached - demonstrating the platform's analytical capability. These 2 analyses were the only ones you ever made. When following the calculated stop-loss levels correctly, a single lost trade should result in minimal impact, especially when balanced against winning trades like your TP3 success (and of course more trades over time). However, one or only a few trades cannot represent the tool's overall effectiveness, as trading success requires consistent application over time. Our automated trade tracking feature available for all subscribers proves our consistent success over time. Our support team is available for technical questions about using the platform.

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's fantastic to hear about your trading success, and I really respect your disciplined approach with those TP levels - that's smart trading right there. Good news on the indices front: we've added both DAX and NASDAQ(NDX) to the platform. You can find them available in the symbol dropdown now. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and for being such a supportive user. Thanks again!
