Very simple to use however maybe a quick tour or intro video on all the features would be helpful as new features are being added and I would really like to know how to use them

Basic interactive guidance is already partially implemented, and we'll soon build further on that. As more features roll out, I want it to stay just as simple to pick up, so better in-product guidance (think a quick interactive tour or short feature-specific walkthroughs, as you said) is firmly on our roadmap. The targets in each market analysis are based on the specific market conditions at the time the analysis is generated. The time it takes for a take-profit (TP) level to be reached can vary depending on several factors, including the trading session, volatility, volume, and how the higher timeframes align with the lower ones. We're sorry the timing hasn't matched your expectations so far.
It's worth noting that this timing is often exactly what a setup needs to play out properly — well-structured trades frequently require patience to reach their targets, and a longer duration is not unusual for a healthy, successful trade. In fact, looking at your own results, your outcomes have been strong: your recent trades show an excellent win rate and risk-reward profile, which suggests the approach is working well for you.
Based directly on feedback like yours, we've made timing far more transparent: the analysis form now shows the real 30-day average trade duration for each strategy, so you can see typical hold times before generating an analysis. You may also notice we've renamed the strategies to better reflect their expected trade horizon — the strategy you know as "Scalping" is now called "Intra-Day," and "Daytrading" is now "Multi-Day" (Swing is unchanged). We've also added a new shorter-horizon "Quick" option for faster setups. The analysis itself is unchanged — only the names.
As a general guide, the lower-timeframe options tend to reach targets faster during periods of higher market activity. That said, exact durations remain difficult to predict, since the platform is available on-demand 24/7 and generates analyses across a wide range of market conditions. Some trades reach their targets in under an hour, others take more than a day, though most resolve within hours depending on the factors above.

Accurate entry points. After you have identified a set up at a higher time frame it puts you in the trade accurately at the lower time frames.

I tested the tool for nearly 2 months…
I tested the tool for nearly 2 months now and honestly it is just awesome. Also very cheap for what it provides. It has been consistently profitable for me over the time, and the analytics feature really helps. I even switched to Gold and XRP just because of what the statistics showed me, I usually don't trade crypto because of the volatility. Sure there are losses too and sometimes I feel like the position sizing should be a little bit smaller, but overall the tool provides excellent levels with explanations and works like a charm.

Wildly innacurate
This was very promising at first, however after 2 weeks of testing it turned out to be not profitable. You might as well flip a coin and decide which direction to trade cause the win rate here is not good. The system also incorrectly tags trades as entered sometimes even when the price has not even triggered, then the dashboard shows how the trades have hit TP. However this is not correct, I have seen plenty of examples where price never triggers the open but the system tags it as open. This leads to a false win rate number in the dashboard.

Thank you for your feedback and for rightfully criticising our own internal trade tracking system. We have since upgraded our servers and modified the core logic to be able to update prices every 5-10 seconds. This allows a much more precise tracking of all analyses and should avoid any confusion in the future.
