Ink cartridge started leaking ink in the sealed package. I contacted customer service they said go to the website for return site says I can't return warranty expired. Who knows how long this ink was leaking out you wont know until you open the box.

How do I give NO STARS? I ordered an OEM Sharp toner cartridge for my copier. The cartridge was defective. The people at Inktech refused to replace it, saying the warranty was with Sharp. The Sharp people gave me phone numbers of dealers who told be to take it up with InkTech. Everyone pointed fingers at someone else. It was a total run-around and I am left with a defective toner and a wasted day. AVOID InkTech at all costs!

I had purchased a remanufactured HP 78 color ink cartridge because HP no longer is making them. From the very start, the cartridge never printed one of the three colors, and the other two colors barely printed anything out. I ran cartridge cleaning and priming options on the printer and tried other cleaning methods, but nothing fixed the issue. I requested a refund, and when you ask for a refund they want you to ship the cartridge back. They also do not cover the cost for return shipping. When I got the refund, they excluded the original shipping. So, it cost me about $9 just for the shipping back and forth. What a waste of time and money. This experience was so bad that I threw the whole printer out and bought a tank printer just so I would not have to deal with this issue ever again. The old printer worked fine, but the cartridge issue is ridiculous. Do not waste your time on this company.

It doesn't work. So it is lost money. And if you want to send it back, you had to pay for. They send me a new one for free, but that also doesn't work. Waste money, waste time.

Paid for 3 cartridges and never received cartridges. They sent tracking link, but expected customer to resolve delivery issues. Been over one month and have not received cartridges or resolution to delivery issues. Should not be this hard to work through issue on their shipping approach.

Avoid Ink Technologies. They will not issue a refund for the incorrect cartridges they send. They assume it is the customer's fault. Excessively poor customer service by Pam and Leslie at an unacceptable level.

Avoid using this company. They mislead buyers by saying SAVE by selecting our compatible ink cartridges in the table below. The color and page yield are guaranteed to meet or exceed brand name (OEM) ink cartridges. This statement is far from the truth. I took the cartridges out, and ink was not flowing from the cartridge. Now I must go through packaging and shipping hassle at my cost for a bad product. Stay away from this company and spend a little more on an OEM product! And watch for misleading wording!

Installed the toners for my new Canon MF644cdw. The red leaked all over and the blue & yellow did not produce good color. The black produced streak lines on the edge of the pages. Unfortunately I installed them a few months after I purchased them and they are out of warranty before I discovered the issues. I found another after market company that offers a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend this company.
