replaced defective cartridge for me

Customer service is great. There were a couple of cartridges that didn't work, but they happily shipped me some replacements for free.

I have ordered at least a dozen ink cartridges over the past 2 years and have always had little to no problem whatsoever. Unfortunately my last order was a real problem. I ordered a black ink cartridge for my HP printer and got an error message I could not resolve. I emailed the company and they promptly replaced the problem cartridge and normally that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately that cartridge also gave me the same error and we could not resolve the issue. I asked for a refund probably did without question. So while I like the company and they have been excellent in terms of products and service something has gone sideways recently and I am hesitant to order from them again. I would recommend people try them because their prices are good and service is great just be careful and deal with any problems immediately.

All ok, except the black toner was leaking. My son decided to clean it up and inserted it into the copier, hoping it would work ok. The leak may shorten the length of time before it runs out. But it is ok for now.

Received order on schedule. The 2 black cartridges worked but all color cartridges would not work. Called service and was sent a replacement of color categories. Notice the replacements had different shaped contact points. Was this the problem?? Over all pleased with product and service Thanks PB
