InkPlusToner.comReviews of inkplustoner.com

We order three (3) HP40 replacement cartridges. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. The first cartridge worked for a week with minimal use before it failed, the second cartridge did not work at all, and just installed the third cartridge and it is working, how long is a guess.

The color cartridge printed a test page, then appears to be empty.

Two of the cartridges leaked after they were inserted in the printer. There would be ink spots on the paper and would smear. Changed the cartridges out and the problem went away.

I hesitated for a long time to give this review. InkPlusToner.com has been my go to for years when ordering ink for my printers. I placed my order as usual but when I received my order 1 of the cartridges was the incorrect color. No big deal this can happen. I contacted InkTonerPlus and they were more than willing to resend the correct cartridge. However when I received the cartridge it was the correct color but the cartridge size was incorrect. Now I have a cartridge that I cannot use. I did not realize that I had the incorrect cartridge because I did not open the package for quite some time, never thinking that I would receive the incorrect item again. It is no fault of theirs that I did not open the package immediately, but this was my most recent experience.

Everything was fine with my first color ink cartridge but the next 2 don’t work right. A color is missing and making my prints off. It’s awful. I went to Office Depot to buy my ink. It’s back to working. Wasted money. I still have another cartridge in the box I can’t use

Prices are Okay, but not great. If you have an HP printer it will not work right after you install one of these cartridges. You will end up throwing it out and buying an HP original. In other words, they have yet to figure out a way around the "HP Original"software.

I bought 2 Epson Color ink cartridges from InkPlusToner.com and had trouble with both of them. Though the black cartridges I bought from another supplier worked perfectly, the 2 from InkPlus never printed properly. They seemed dry. Never much color ink reaching the paper in the printer, dispite constant cleaning of the nozzles. Perhaps they were outdated. I didn't check. I guess I should have. With those cartridges I could only print documents containing black ink only. Very dissatisfied!

Bought 3 identical black cartridges. The second one would not work. Tried the 3rd and it worked.
