Please Do not buy here ! they gave me a run around for over a month and I still never got our order. How long does it take to print plastic business cards? It’s sure he’ll is not more than a month if they charged $175. Mickey Mouse business with horrible costumer service

The company is not trustworthy and unreliable. They charged double price for the logo design than the shown on their website, provided that it will end up at this price. They charged double the promised time to submit a first draft, which turned to be totally irrelevant to the specifications we requested and the example logos we provided. The second draft that came after long waiting, was even worse, and very basic that can be done similarly on Microsoft office. They lack the creativity required for new logos. I requested a multi color logo, but I can hardly get a two color basic ugly versions, that seemed logos of old centuries. I finally decided to accept the first draft as it looked better, to use it temporarily, with a decision to make a new design later with another company, because requesting another design requires additional payment, and I cannot pay more for unsatisfying designs. However, I also had to wait long days to receive the files! They were simply amazing before receiving the payment in their quick responses, but unbelievably non professionals later on.

This company is not creditable! After ordering cards that I previously paid $320 for, I went on their site directly to order the same cards. At that time they released an invoice for $465. The first question is why would I pay more for the cards than I previously paid? I began to ask the questions but they couldn’t seem to find my original invoice. After providing it to them they managed to find it. The representative went back and forth with me via text being very disrespectful and crude in regard to my order so I left it alone. I was then contacted by another representative who stated there must have been a mix up. I stated that there was not a mix up but I would like the design for my card (which I paid for because I was going elsewhere). At that time they then tried to charge me $200 for the design that I previously paid for. I asked to see that in an agreement. They responded, “What agreement.” I stated the agreement where I says I need to pay an additional $200 dollars for my own design profile. They responded, “Have a good weekend.” They are only trying to get money out of their clients in any way they think they can. Do not use this company!!! They are rude, disrespectful and have no customer Service!!! You will pay for over priced business cards, and when you want to go elsewhere they hold on to your stuff!

Waited two weeks to resolve a design issue and was unable to a get logo design I like, they wanted me to accept what they felt was a "Good Logo Design", my time is very valuable I wish they would have just said they can not do the type of design I requested instead prolonging the process and I end up with "NOTHING", Pulsar Music Media

Ordered a plastic material business card. Nice design but crappy material. I expected a much more higher quality but it feels like regular paper. They also messed up on my address and it took 2 months to finally get it
